Just a stone’s throw away from a vibrant shopping and entertainment district, TLC Assisted Living is easily accessible via Interstate 39 and Interstate 90, making it a convenient place to call home.   Our campus houses **[62 state-of-the-art assisted living apartments](https://tlcrockford.com/floor-plans)** available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans.
